- Steve has been the inspiration behind e-signatures for citizen petitions. The Utah Independence Project would have been impossible without Steve. His effort and energy produced the technology to make this a statewide possibility, which can now be duplicated across the nation.
- Steve is the strength needed to support campaign financial reform. When campaign-reporting requirements were being ignored or sidestepped (illegally hiding corporate and special interests contributor’s names in PACs) by the highest elected officials in our state, Steve single-handedly brought the issue to the forefront.
